WYPS were commissioned in February 2018 to complete the development of several high-end show apartments within a new build complex of residential apartments in the sought-after area of Cheadle Hulme.
The Brief
The property was a premier newbuild construction, planned to house over 240 luxury single and double bedroom apartments. The construction was a collaborative scheme of many contract partners of which WYPS were appointed to develop several show flats utilised for sales and marketing purposes while the remaining building was under construction.
The Solution
The full scope of development included, the complete fit out of each property to completion, including fitting of high specification kitchens, bathrooms, and toilets as well as all joinery, decoration and flooring throughout the apartments. Due to the nature of developing the first of 240 apartments there were many design issues that needed resolving throughout the works and close collaboration with the engineering and design teams was paramount. The apartments were completed in under twelve weeks, which was on schedule and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
