Turnkey fit out

A turnkey fit out is an all encompassing development that provides the tenant with a usable commercial space, be that an office or retail premises,  that’s designed and built to meet the specific needs of the client.

Development of the building; 

usually encompasses the structural alterations required to the shell and core of the commercial space including structural support, cladding, both mechanical and electrical services, and any external works required.

Basic fit out;

The fit out of the building can then vary from the very basic, which includes a scope such as the installation of raised flooring and suspended ceilings, heating and ventilation supply, basic power and lighting as well as essential surface finishes, to a more thorough scope.

Turnkey fit out; 

A typical detailed scope would then include the partitioning of the floor space to form offices, working spaces and communal areas; the installation of kitchens and bathrooms and the fit out of reception areas and entrance areas.  The requirements of the client are now paramount with installation of data, power and lighting to desk spaces and meeting rooms as well as any floor coverings, specific branding and decoration required.
